How to order online

 Note:   You can buy supplier products online with or without logging in.

There are distinct ways to order a product from individual suppliers.

1. Order a product online without payment: Select as many items as you need and add them to your cart. Then, proceed by filing in your details and shipping, additional comment etc and CHOOSE > Email order. This process will forward an email order to the supplier department. You do not need to fill out any credit card details online. When your order is ready for payment. A live person will call you can then arrange payment.

2. Order and pay now using Credit Card: Each supply department allows an option of email or credit card payment. All credit card payments are 128 character encrypted. All correspondence is encrypted. Other payment providers such as Pay Pal, 2Checkout etc are encrypted. If you at any time suspect fraudulent activity at any department cart. Stop all payment methods and dial the store.

To order using a credit card, fill out the fields and continue through the cart steps. You will receive an email confirmation and order ID:

To call the online product supplier, Go to the CONTACT PAGE then, click the PHONE ICON. This will display their telephone number. For friendly personal service, call between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or 10am and 4pm Saturday. Outside of these hours, please leave your name and number on our answer phone and we will call you back. Alternatively, on the same Contact Page is a simple email form. Fill in your details and the product supplier will receive an email. You also get a copy of your message and the time submitted.

Terms and Conditions: Each department may have unique terms and conditions associated with the goods on sale. There is an individual T&C Statement attached and relative to . Please read before purchase.

Insurance: Each department may or may not have an option of adding insurance to the cost of goods. Please read the T&C statement attached and relative to each department. Insurances are options and are not included unless specified for an Individual Product.
