Our Standard banners all include full width 5mm rope (1/4") inside the hem. Corner grommets and grommets spaced evenly along the width.
Banner comes with super bright UV sun inks printed onto extra strong vinyl pvc with corner reinforcing.
The brass grommets give support for other fixing techniques such as O Rings, D Shackles etc. Grommets are 9mm ID
All are made to last and be used outside.
Shipping: All are rolled up for common courier and normal shipping. Wrapped in protective packaging. Never folded.
The fonts are proportioned to give you the largest size letters.
Standard banners are now digitally printed using UV sun ink grades.
All standard designs are made to a very high level and made for impact.
All are known as 'flood coat color' which gives you the highest level of color.
The decision by us to use high quality vinyl and mesh means excellent layflat qualities during printing and importantly... outside in the elements. Vinyl is a plastic but is referred to as Polyvinylchloride (pvc)
We do not use cheap sign materials that will curl, buckle or bubble in heat or sunshine.
Internally, the material is cross layered and has tiny multithreads to make the sandwiching of top layer and inner and bottom layers super strong.
Material Weight: Various weights of material are used ranging from 440gsm to 1026 gsm (size dependent).

How big are the fonts?

As with most standard banners made by Australia Banners, we attempt to create the largest possible font and letter size on the panel area.
Font letters are above 10" inches, above 280 millimetres.
The really large Sale font is 1'6" high (350 millimetres)

How bright is the red?
|
The red color is color separated CMYK into a range of Yellow 100% and Magenta 100%. The creates a richly bright red.

How long are the ropes?
|
One metre plus. Also, there are corner grommets and division grommets evenly spaced along the banner so that you can tie or fix easily at different points.
