Vinyl Banner sign with ropes and eyelets a robust hard wearing product able to withstand rain and hail. The ink is anti fade and suited for direct sunlight, the graphics are printed onto a pvc vinyl material supplied ready for you to display. The product also includes eyelets (brass rings) and extended rope for tying to a pole or frame etc.

The material is very strong and of genuine manufacturer specifications. We do not use cheap easy to tear or short term plastics. Tyvek is never used. Pvc sometimes also referred to as scrim is the option used.

The inks printed are solvent based ink. We do not use cheap water based dye colors. Wax inks are not used.

Speed and accuracy. The digital machinery is set to 80% print speed twin pass 8 head piezo. The transfer of ink to substrate is carefully controlled.

All printing is Cyan Magenta Yellow Black set at 150 original size. This gives you a superb resolution regardless of size.

There are decidely big differences offered by some signage companies and we only use materials that have been tested over time for success. Low graded plastics, cheap pvc resins and dye or water inks are not used. All components are signage grade for using in rain and sun.
