Vinyl Banners Mesh Weave The thickness of the mesh banner is from 580 upwards. The mesh banner sign material is very lightweight YET super strong, the little perforated holes allow the vinyl to actually have more non tear strength. Eack perforation creates a stop point. Ink when printing is applied on and around the perforations.

Around the perimeter of the mesh material, the edges are folded over onto the underside and sewn together. The edge is also punched with brass eyelets and edge/corner reinforcing tabs. Ropes are inserted the complete width of the flexible making the mesh banner with tiny holes very strong and capable of withstanding wind forces and gale winds.

The weave pattern lowers the tear direction of the fabric. In other words, should a catastrophic event occur, the rip will be halted by each crossing. Thus reducing the tear properties. Similar in the way that it is harder to tear in diagonals than it is to tear vertically.
