Production Time
We strive to produce all your custom banner within 4 days from the sign off your proof. This timeline may be influenced by differing factors such as drying time, size, quantity and lay time.
Standard products can be packed 1-2 from confirmation.
Delivery
Most of the products supplied and manufactured are larger than normal post allows. For this reason, we ship using standard couriers or specialized transporters. For example, a bulk supply of sandwich boards to Regional NSW will require two or three consignment points. This is handled by courier.
For small items, door to door parcel delivery by courier or post may be used.
Time of Delivery: It may take 1-3 days for Metro, 3-9 for country.
Delivery of products is ALL Standard Courier dependent. If you have having delays with any product timeline, please check your consignment note and tracking number, contact the courier company and/or use their website to track your parcel and when it should arrive etc.
If you want us to organize express or urgent couriers, please let us know and the team can ask the best courier for a quote to you.
For our very remote customers, please advise if you have a preferred transport company or route.
Insurance Policy
By Default, insurance is not included.
If you wish to ensure your goods during transport please advise inside the additional text area of your checkout order page. Insurance is costed on an order by order, region by region scenario so that you get the lowest possible insurance quotes. |
